I feel the need to write an apology for those people (particularly MJ, who has been the most vocal) for my tardiness in updating my blog. My only excuse is that I've recently got a job in Beijing and I've been in my "settling in" period, where I needed to get used to getting up early again and going into work (quite tiring when you haven't done it for 8 months!). During this time I have completely neglected My Chinese Whispers and those of you who have been looking for more Chinese related information from me. Rest assured, despite the absence of articles and pictures, I have still been taking photos and have a vast collection of stories and images in reserve to show you all. I shall be posting some of these in the next day or so, and I hope you can wait just a few more hours for more of my odd musings on life in China. I can only apologise, again, and promise that I will never allow a period as long as this to pass without refreshing the site.
