Stalls like these were dotted about all over the festival and were pretty much the only buildings not made out of ice. Almost any small-ish fruit can be soaked in toffee and sold as a tasty and sweet snack. For those people who preferred savoury food on a stick, there was the option to have scorpion or seahorse instead.
